In cooperation with CARD Foundation and Food Safety Inspection Body from the 17th to 24th of October, 2023 was organized a seven-days training for FSI specialists, which was conducted by the German expert Martin Hartmann.
The international expert presented the HACCP system in the general system of sanitary and hygienic management of food, the objectives of the traceability processes, the process of implementation of the inspection, as well as the EU principles of this system. The participants visited the production facilities and got acquainted with the process of the implemented HACCP and clarified the features of the control.
